Manufacturing Facility

Dazzle Modular Systems has come up with a new manufacturing facility in Raised Access Flooring to meet the needs of customers. The factory is set up in Hoskote, Bangalore and spread in an area of 35000 sft with state of art modern equipment’s. The facility has a production capacity of 1500 to 2000 panels per day which is equivalent of 8000 square feet per day. This shall be gradually to 5000 panels per day. The facility is accredited with ISO 9001:2008 for manufacturing process and is also certified by Indian Green Building Council for Green.

Also, the Under structure is manufactured in-house to ensure compatibility which is key ensure overall system quality. We have also quality control team who strictly follow the quality control system from the procurement to delivery level throughout the production, design, development and other stages. Our products are further third party tested at the facilities of TUV PSB – Singapore & Bureau VERITAS, which validates our products, to confirm to the International Standards likes Master Specs & CISCA (USA), BSEN (Europe) and MOBPF2PS(UK).

Dazzle has a team of Dedicated, Knowledgeable, Responsive, Energetic and Customer Oriented Sales and Marketing team having in-depth understanding of customer's needs. Our project team is well experienced and dedicated to deliver the project on time with coordination of clients and another agency. We have our own installation team capable and experience to install up to 3000 sft area in a single day. This means we can cater to even large sized project requirement as per demanding schedule.

At Dazzle, we are committed and assure our customers technically and the best quality products through our highly experienced team at factory who are expertise in the field of Raised Access Floorings.

Dazzle also offers accessories for raised flooring including Perforated Panels, Grating panels, Tile Puller, Vision Panels, Grommets required to deliver complete system for RAF installation.

We also have our CAD design team who work on project to project with their expertise to design the shop drawings in coordination with the clients and other agencies.
